Our production starts every morning at 8 AM (7 AM on Mondays), from Monday to Friday; production does not take place on weekends and holidays. After your order is confirmed, production will begin the next day at 8 AM and will be shipped the same day. The receipt of your order depends on the shipping method you chose.
Please note that for orders placed after 8 AM on Friday, production will begin on the following Monday at 7 AM.
When choosing a delivery method, you can select between the following two options for Germany:
- Registered Mail (Deutsche Post) – 2 to 4 business days
- Standard Package (DHL) – 2 to 4 business days

- Self-adhesive: Offers an aesthetic result without visible fixings or wall holes. This mounting method is very easy to use and requires no tools. Make sure to clean the surface thoroughly before application. It is typically used for smaller signs.

Large format
On Otypo, you have the option to create signs in sizes ranging from 2 x 1 cm to 2140 x 1460 cm. For sizes exceeding 214 x 146 cm, we use a method where we combine several plates to achieve the desired size. However, after delivery, you will need to assemble the plates yourself.
You can choose from various standard sizes or specify your own dimensions in the 'Size/Shape' tab of the editor.

A company stamp typically includes the following information:

You can order the stamp motif separately if you already have the stamp. However, make sure to order the appropriate motif that fits your stamp housing.
For example, if you have a Trodat 4913 stamp, you can order the 4913 motif, which is compatible.
- Turn the stamp over, press on the transparent plastic, and lock the stamp with the rear button.
- Stamp on a piece of paper to remove any excess ink.
- Remove the old motif.
- Remove the adhesive tape from the new rubber motif and stick it with the first text line to the 'UP' marking.
- Turn the stamp over and unlock it.
Note: When changing the stamp motif, the ink cartridge should also be replaced as it wears out over time, and the new impression may no longer ink correctly.

- Gently press the transparent plastic to align the ink cartridge and slot.
- Remove the old cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge at the same angle and remove the protective films.

An ink cartridge lasts from 6 months to a year, depending on the frequency of use. Store your stamp in a cool, sun-protected place to prevent the ink from drying out.
