General Sales Conditions for products sold on otypo.de

Article 1 – Subject

These terms and conditions govern the sale of stamps by the company ADDAXA – 2 cours Jean Jaurès 38000 Grenoble.

Article 2 – Prices

The prices of our products are stated in euros, including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless stated otherwise. All orders, regardless of their origin, must be paid in euros.
The company ADDAXA reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be charged based on the rate applicable at the time of order confirmation. The products remain the property of ADDAXA until full payment of the price.
Note: Once you take physical control of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products transfer to you.

Article 3 – Orders

Order confirmation means acceptance of these sales conditions, full knowledge of them, and waiver of any claim based on the buyer's own purchase conditions or other terms.

Article 4 – Order Confirmation

Every order on the otypo.de website requires acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Order confirmation means your complete and unconditional agreement to these sales conditions without exception or reservation. All provided data and registered confirmation serve as proof of the transaction.
You confirm having full knowledge of it.
The order confirmation is considered as a signature and acceptance of the conducted transactions.

Article 5 – Payment

Confirming your order obligates you to pay the stated price.
Payment for your purchases can be made via:

• Credit Card via the secure Clic&Pay payment system by Crédit du Nord Group.
• Paypal, optional Paypal account.
• Apple Pay, using your Apple account.
• 3 installments without fees with Klarna
• Bank Transfer, the order will be processed after receiving the transfer.
• Administrative Mandate, for public institutions (secured by Chorus Pro).

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

According to Article L.121-20-2 3°, the 14-day withdrawal right mentioned in Article L.121-21 cannot be exercised for goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Article 7 – Availability

Our products are available as long as they are visible on the otypo.de website.

Article 8 – Delivery

The preparation time for an order before shipping is a maximum of 2 business days.
Products will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process, depending on the shipping method indicated on the order confirmation page.
For deliveries by a carrier, ADDAXA is not liable for delays caused solely by the customer's unavailability after multiple appointment arrangements.
The following delivery times are indicative, and ADDAXA is not liable if the carriers do not meet them:
For tracked mail deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days. If not received, a claim must be made within 3 weeks from the order date.
For Colis Privé home deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Orders will be placed in the mailbox if conditions allow.
